Caroline Sims is a Métis woman, third-generation entrepreneur, and the founder of TrueAim Consulting. Her work is grounded in community, respect, and a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial journey. 

Caroline brings over 10 years of experience across both the private and public sectors, with industry experience spanning government, finance, legal, land acquisition, agriculture and environmental reclamation. She supports organizations and small businesses through growth, change, and day-to-day operational challenges.

Guided by the belief that every business has its own story and path, Caroline takes a relational, tailored approach to her work. She is known for walking alongside clients, helping reduce overwhelm, strengthen operations, and build systems that support sustainable growth.
